Dr. Fixit Primeseal is water-based primer composed of acrylic emulsion polymer, properly selected fine fillers, white pigments & additives in water as a medium. It is used as primer over exterior & interior building walls before application of Dr. Fixit Raincoat & other water based paints.
Standard Compliance / Specification
Meets the requirement of ASTM D 1227 – 87, Type III standard. Areas of Application Priming of plastered walls, asbestos, brick, false ceiling, concrete surface, etc.
Features & Benefits

1 Surface Preaparation
- Surface for treatment must be thoroughly cleaned of all laitance, loose material, oil, grease, etc.
- Mechanical means such as wire brushing & shot blasting can be used.
- Finally vacuum cleaning of all loose solids and liquids can be done if required.
- All surface cracks up to 5 mm width should be filled up with Dr. Fixit Crack X or Dr. Fixit Unifiller. Cracks more than 5 mm and all separation gaps should be filled up with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or Dr. Fixit Unibond SBR modified mortar or as specified.
- Dilute Dr. Fixit Primeseal with water in proportion of 2:1 and stir well until a uniform consistency is achieved.
- Apply a single coat of diluted Dr. Fixit Primeseal on the cleaned substrate & allow it to dry for 2 to 3 hours before commencing to further finish coats.
- Light cut with sand paper the coating of Dr. Fixit Primeseal before commencing the finish coats on internal walls Precautions & Limitations
- Only 50% dilution is recommended for Dr. Fixit Primeseal by water.
- Excess water on substrate must be removed by suitable means.
- Do not apply during rains or in direct sunlight.
- Do not tint the primer
- Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacturing in unopened condition.
- Store in a cool & dry place.
- Keep away from direct sunlight
- Caution should always be exercised while handling of any chemical products.
- Skin Contact: Wash skin with soap & water. Remove contaminated clothes.
- On eye contact: Immediately splash eyes with plenty of water. Consult Physician if irritation persists.

Nitobond EP Std is a two component epoxy bonding agent supplied in pre-weighed quantities for ready on-site mixing and use.
Mixing
The entire contents of the hardener can should be poured into the resin container and the two materials thoroughly mixed until a uniform colour is obtained. To facilitate application at temperatures below 100C the separate components should be warmed in hot water to a maximum of 25 DegreeC before mixing.
Coating
Mixed Nitobond EP Std should be brush applied to the prepared substrate. The new concrete should be placed within 3 hours at 35 DegreeC to the Nitobond EP Std coated substrate, when it is still in a tacky state.
Cleaning
Tools and equipment shall be cleaned thoroughly after use with Nitofl or Sol.
Coverage
Actual coverage will depend upon the texture and porosity of the substrates being covered. Typically, 1Litre pack will cover about 2.0-2.5 m2 and 4 litre pack around 8.0 - 10.0m2 .
Shelf life
12 months shelf life when stored under normal wear house conditions below 35 DegreeC in unopened containers.
Precautions
Health and Safety
Contact with skin and eyes should be avoided. Gloves shouldbe used when handling these products. If contact with the resin occurs, skin should be washed immediately with strong detergent. A resin removing cream should be used. Eye contamination must be immediately washed with suffi cient quantity of water and medical treatment sought

Method of Application
1 Surface Preparation
Clean the surface with wire brush or scrubber to remove hidden dirt, loose particles, laitance & dust. Degrease the surface by using suitable solvents.
Repair the spalled concrete portion by saw, cutting the extreme edges of the repair location to a depth of at lease 10 mm to avoid featheredging & to provide strong bond.
Clean the concrete surface to remove any contamination where breaking is not possible. Roughen the surface by light scabbling or grit blasting.
Expose corroded rebar in the repairing area fully . Remove all loose scales & corrosion deposits and immediately clean the surface.
2 Priming
For priming of steel surface, apply Dr. Fixit Rust Remover to all exposed reinforcement area and wash it with water jet before applying Dr. Fixit Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer on the rebars.
For priming of concrete substrate, the surface should be thoroughly saturated with potable water. Remove any excess of water prior to application. Slurry of primer coat is prepared by mixing of one part Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP, one part of water and 3 parts of fresh OPC cement. Slowly mix cement with binder to obtain a smooth consistency. Continue mixing the slurry during application to prevent settlement.

Uses
Brushbond Roof Guard is high build fibre reinforced seamless waterproofing render suitable for waterproofing of old & new roofs, it is a polymer base product applied in three OR more coats & each coat with different colours for monitoring correct thickness. The product can be applied directly on existing concrete, brickbat coba, and screed concrete even without removal provided the substrates are sound enough for application of the coating avoiding the risk of damage to the old roof associated while removing of the existing overlays. The product provides a seamless, tough durable water resistant coating which can withstand light pedestrian traffic and also has excellent weather resistance for exterior applications.

All the surfaces which are to receive Brushbond Roof Guard must be free from oil, grease, wax, dirt or any other form of foreign matter which might affect adhesion. Spalled and deeply disintegrated concrete should be removed to sound concrete and repaired with Fosroc Renderoc System.
Mixing
The contents of Brushbond Roof Guard shall be thoroughly stirred for at least 2 minutes using a slow speed (300-400 RPM) drill machine attached with a mixing paddle. Retempering with water should not be done. Keep on stirring during application.
Application
For best results, surfaces should be damp. In order to Obtain the protective properties of Brushbond Roof Guard it is important that the correct rates of application are observed. Use a short stiff brush preferably 120-150mm width and apply the mixed material like paint.

Renderoc CS is a crack sealing cementitious material in powder form. It is easy to apply and can be fi nished or smoothened off with a putty blade or a damp sponge. It sets quickly on application and can be over coated with common paints / coatings.

Mixing

Application
The mixed paste is fi lled into the groove by gloved hand and the surface fi nished using a putty blade. This is continued till the full length of crack is sealed.

Nitobond EP Std is a two component epoxy bonding agent supplied in pre-weighed quantities for ready on-site mixing and use.
Mixing
The entire contents of the hardener can should be poured into the resin container and the two materials thoroughly mixed until a uniform colour is obtained. To facilitate application at temperatures below 100C the separate components should be warmed in hot water to a maximum of 25oC before mixing.
Coating
Mixed Nitobond EP Std should be brush applied to the prepared substrate. The new concrete should be placed within 3 hours at 35oC to the Nitobond EP Std coated substrate, when it is still in a tacky state.
Coverage
Actual coverage will depend upon the texture and porosity of the substrates being covered. Typically, 1Litre pack will cover about 2.0-2.5 m2 and 4 litre pack around 8.0 - 10.0m2 .
Shelf life
12 months shelf life when stored under normal wear house conditions below 35oC in unopened containers.
Health and Safety
Contact with skin and eyes should be avoided. Gloves shouldbe used when handling these products. If contact with the resin occurs, skin should be washed immediately with strong detergent. A resin removing cream should be used. Eye contamination must be immediately washed with suffi cient quantity of water and medical treatment sought.

1 Surface Preparation
Surface must be thoroughly cleaned, free of dust, grease etc and washed well with water. The surface to be checked for cracks, hollowness and loose plastered areas etc if any. All loose plaster and cracks larger than 10 mm width to be repaired with polymer modified mortar using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP. The cracks up to 5 mm to be treated with Dr. Fixit Crack-X Paste and the larger ones up to 10 mm with Dr. Fixit Crack-X Shrinkfree.
2 Priming
After the proper surface preparation and curing of repaired areas wash the surface well and maintaining it in saturated surface dry condition proceed for priming using Dr. Fixit Primeseal diluted in 2:1 ratio with water (2 parts Primeseal diluted with 1 part water). Maintain the spreading rate of 8-10 sq mtr per litre for a single coat application to achieve about 20 – 25 microns DFT. Allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs.
3 Coating
Brush apply one coats of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Universal Base Coat without any dilution Maintain the spreading rate of 3.5 -4.0 sq mtr per litre / coat application to achieve about 120-130 microns DFT. The second coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Classic Top Coat to be apply with interval of 6-8 hours without any dilution. Maintain the spreading rate of 7-8 sq mtr per litre / coat application to achieve about 50-60 microns DFT.

Nitocote Wall Guard is water based polymer coating composed of high quality acrylic polymer, with weather resistant pigments, properly selected & graded fine fillers. It is used as a waterproofing & decorative coating for protection of exterior walls of the buildings from heavy wind driven rain.
Surface Preparation
All surface should be dry and free from contamination such as oil, grease, loose particles, decayed matter, moss, algae growth, laitance, and all traces of mould release oils and curing compounds. Where moss, algae or similar growths have occurred, treatment with a proprietary biocide should be carried out.
Mixing
The contents of Nitocote Wall Guard shall be thoroughly stirred for atleast 2 minutes using a slow speed (300 - 400 RPM) drill machine attached with a mixing paddle.
Application
Apply Nitocote Wall Guard with a nylon brush, or a felt roller, to the prepared substrate. Allow Nitocote Wall Guard first coat to dry for 5-6 hours at 30 0C and then apply the second coat. In order to obtain the waterproof properties of the Nitocote Wall Guard, it is important that the correct rates of application and over coating time are observed. Nitocote Wall Guard shall be applied at theoretical application rate 3 to 3.5 m / litres for 2 coats. Application should not commence if the temperature of the substrate is below 10 oC.
Limitations
Minimum ambient surface and material temperature must be between 10 to 40 0C. For applications outside this range, contact Fosroc for advise. Application of the product should be always on dry substrates.
Shelf life
Nitocote Wall Guard has a shelf life of 12 months when stored under normal warehouse conditions in unopened containers. Exposure to moisture greatly reduces the shelf life

Description
Conplast WL Xtra is a dark brown liquid based on cement dispersion polymers which mixes readily with water and therefore disperses evenly. Conplast WL Xtra waterproofs by improving the quality of the concrete or mortar. It reduces the water demand for required workability and minimises segregation and bleeding. Thus it is more effi cient compared to traditional powder and conventional integral waterproofi ng compounds as its use results in two fold improvement of concrete or mortar.
Technical support
Fosroc provides a technical advisory service for onsite assistance and advice on admixture selection, evaluation trials and dispensing equipment. Technical data and guidance can be provided for admixtures and other products for use with fresh and hardened concrete.
Application Instructions
- Add cement & aggregates to concrete mixer as per the mix design, mix in dry state for 1 minutes.
- Start addition of 75–80% mixing water & mix for 2-3 minutes.
- Fosroc Conplast WL Xtra is added as per the recom- mended dosage into the remaining mixing / gauging water, then add to concrete mixer & mix for another 2 minutes.
- Place the concrete or apply plaster, as needed.
- Cure the applied mortar or concrete as per good construction practices or use Fosroc Concure curing compounds.
