It is single component water based acrylic waterproof coating. It can be applied to most structural surfaces to make themwaterproof. The coating is UV stable and highly reflective with high flexibility.
Uses :
- It is used for waterproofing of all types of RCC surfaces such as roofs chajjas, Parapet walls and external walls.
- Asbestos cement sheets roofs can also be waterproofed using scrim cloth or Aso Joint Tape at the junctions overlaps and J - bolts as reinforcement.
- As a damp proof course applied under the first layer of bricks or blocks in masonry works.
- UV Stable hence can be used for external application

- No cleaning solvents are 'required and can be washedoff with water when it is still wet.
Step no 1: Surface Preparation
The concrete surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned and free from laitance, dust, dried algae, loose material, oil, grease, etc. Old/repainted surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned by mechanical means such as wire brushing and/or by high pressure water jet cleaning. All surface cracks more than 2 mm and up to 5 mm width should be filled with Crack Filling Compound or ReArm Crack Fill paste/powder as appropriate. Cracks more than 5 mm and all separation gaps should be filled with Rearm Bond Latex modified mortar or as specified after opening the crack to a “V” cut.
Step no 2: Priming
For Primer dilute one part by volume of AquaArm Right Coatwith one part of clean water and apply with a brush evenly on the surface.
Step No. 3: Application of AquaArm
Right Coat Use AquaArm Right Coat directly from the container. Stir contents well before use.
For Top Coating: Two Coats are recommended. When theprimer coat is touch dry apply the first coat of AquaArmRight Coat. The second coat is to be appliedperpendicular to the first coat within one hour or when thefirst coat is tack free, to ensure uniform masking & evenfinish. Do not undertake any further work over the coated areawithin 72 hrs of final coat. Allow the coated surface to air cure fully for 7 days.
Note: Protect the painted surface from rain or dust at least for 8hours. When rain is expected, do not initiate the application

AquaArm TopGuard is a cementitious, polymer dispersion based flexible protective coating and waterproof barrier. Thisproduct is two-component and resistant to water, moisture and abrasion. Its liquid component is solvent free. AquaArmTopGuard is a stand-alone product. It can be top or over coated with flexible or rigid mortars or coatings for uniformappearance.

Step no 1: Surface Preparation:
The substrate/surface must be sound, clean and allow a good surface adhesion so that the material can bond well into the concrete. Horizontal areas should have a rough surface. Smooth surfaces must be mechanically abraded in order to achieve good Bonding. Clean the surface to remove all loose particles. Repair to be done for all cracks, honeycombs & blemishes from the concrete surface. Floor & wall Joints to be treated with SealArm Joint Tapes.
Step no 2: Product Mixing
AquaArm TopGuard comes in a pre-weighed composite bag of powder as Component A and Polymer liquid as Component B. They should be mixed in the ratio of 3:1 parts by weight in a clean container with the help of a slow speed drill (350-400rpm) fitted with a paddle arrangement. The material should be mixed for 3-4 minutes till a homogeneous mix is achieved which is free of any lumps. The powder has to be added to the liquid slowly (never add liquid to powder). Over mixing should be avoided.
Step no 3: Product Application
The mix material is to be applied on the prepared pre- wetted surface (SSD conditions) in 2 coats. The 1st coat should be applied horizontally and thesecond coat should be applied vertically after 6-8 hours@ 30ºC of the first coat. AquaArm TopGuard to be applied typically at 1.5 - 2.5kg/m². (subject to application requirement). By brush: The application of AquaArm TopGuard is a simple brushapplication. Use should be hard bristle brush.
Curing of AquaArm TopGuard:
AquaArm TopGuard is self-curing under normal condition The coated substrate/area can be exposed to: -Rain, vertical surface after approximately 4 hours@30°C temp. -Rain, horizontal surface after approximately 12 hours30°C temp - Foot traffic after approx. 2 days 30°C temp

Nitocote CM210 two-component polymer modified cementitious coating is supplied in pre-packaged form. The product is designed to be easily mixed on site using a slow speed drill fitted with a mixing paddle and then applied to the substrate using either brush, trowel or spray.Roller application may also be used, however finishing the surface with a trowel is recommended for best results. Nitocote CM210, available in grey and white, cures to form an elastomeric impermeable membrane.

AquaArm WPU Ultra is a single-component, liquid applied, elastomeric polyurethane coating for waterproofing of concretesurfaces. AquaArm WPU Ultra provides excellent resistance to moisture, water, and salts penetration into concrete andmasonry surfaces. It conforms to ASTM C-836.

Step no 1: Surface Preparation:
Surface need to be cleaned by wire brushing followed by vacuum cleaning so that surface is free of any loose particles, dust, laitance, mould release agents and curing compounds. Water jetting is not recommended. All cracks to be treated with Rearm SBR modified mortar. Surface is allowed to self cure for 24 hours. Ensure the moisture content of the surface is below 5% before Priming.
Step no. 2: Fillet preparation
Horizontal and vertical angle joints need to be prepared with 50x50mm concave fillet using concrete admixed with AquaArm Proof WP10 @ 150 g/50 Kg bag of cement. Fillet should be cured to gain strength and completely dry before Primer application. Pipe penetration sealing Clean around Pipe penetrations and seal the junction with low viscous solvent free epoxy ArmGrout Epoxy IG admixed with Silica sand.
Alternate to the above conventional methods, AquaArmAso Joint Tape system can be opted for Fillet and Pipepenetration sealings. For details, please contact MYKArment technical team. Step no 3: Priming: Epoxy based AquaArm Ultra Primer a two component primer is recommended before application of AquaArmWPU Ultra. Mix both the components of Primer andapply by brush on cleaned concrete. Pot life of themixed primer is only 30 minutes. Allow the primer to dryfor 4-5 hours. Apply the water proofing coating AquaArm WPU Ultrawhen the Primer is tacky. If the Primer fully dries, repriming need to be done.
Step no 4: Product Application
Prior to application, thoroughly mix the contents of the container using a slow speed stirrer at 300 rpm. Care should be taken to scrape the sides and bottom of the container with the mixer. Do not add solvent, thinners, water at any time. After mixing, immediately apply AquaArm WPU Ultra over the tacky primer while ensuring a continuous coating of uniform thickness. A Lambs wool roller is recommended for such application. A brush may be used for touch-up and edging work or for areas unsuitable for roller application. AquaArm WPU Ultra must be applied all along the angle fillets, corners, joints around the pipes, conduits etc. Apply AquaArm WPU Ultra on surrounding walls up to a height of minimum 300 mm from FFL. Always apply in two coats in order to avoid pinholes. The second coat can be applied after the first coat has dried (12 - 16 hours @ 250C) depending on the ambient and surface temperature. To ensure mechanical bonding for protection plaster, granded sand should be sprinkled while coating is tacky
